Brynn is adventurous in mind, if not so much in reality. She took a trip to the United Kingdom and Ireland when she was a sophomore in high school. This trip inspired most of the Forest Elfin kingdom of Xíolínáda. She hopes to make it to the Rain Forest some day as it will really help develop the world even more.
Brynn loves her family and has used each of her immediate family members to develop some of the characters, such as Kíláte (who is just as annoying as Brynn found her brothers to be when they were kids). She loves both cats and dogs, but cats – by far – are her favorite. Horses are also close to the top of her favorite animal list.
Brynn fell in love with fantasy fiction through the Harry Potter series by J.K. Rowling. She was always amazed at how perfectly things from the first book tied into and drove the entire series. This inspired Brynn to cultivate her writing and create the entire story from the inside out rather than just plopping down words and hoping it all fit together well.
